TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Lead Time and Rush Orders:
A minimum of 5 working days is required for any project. Projects requested in less than this timeframe will incur a 25% rush order fee.
Creative Control:
I retain full creative control over the design process. I will provide 3 to 5 initial concepts per project. You may request one additional initial concept, which will count as using two of your included three revisions.
Feedback and Revisions:
Feedback is required within 72 hours of receiving a draft; 24 hours if a rush order fee has been paid. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project termination, with any payments made non-refundable. Each project includes up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions can be made at £20 each or £100 for unlimited revisions.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upfront for projects under £200. For projects £200 and above, 50% is due upfront, with the remainder due upon your satisfaction but before final file delivery.
Cancellation and Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 24 hours' written notice if the other fails to meet their obligations. Upon termination, you may choose either a full refund with no work delivered or to receive all work completed up to that point with no refund. (Deposits and payments are non-refundable)
Intellectual Property:
I retain all rights to the work created until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights of the delivered work, including source files, transfer to you. However, I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio and use it for self-promotion.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the project to third parties without written consent.
Support:
I will not provide support for any deliverables once the client accepts them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation, with litigation as a last resort.
Indemnity:
Both parties agree to indemnify each other from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or negligence during the project.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via PayPal, CashApp or bank transfer.
Late Payment:
A late payment fee of 30% per month is applicable for overdue payments.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The laws of England and Wales govern the rights and obligations of the Client and the Designer (both contractual and non-contractual) under this Contract. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in determining any dispute under or in connection with this contract.
Entire Contract:
These terms and conditions represents the parties' final and complete understanding of this job and the subject matter discussed. These terms and conditions supersedes all other agreements (both written and oral) between the parties. Nothing in this paragraph excludes either party's liability for fraud.
Making a payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. Any additional terms will be specified in our formal project documentation.

1.What does the social media template package include?
Each package includes five custom templates tailored to your brand's colour scheme and logo, suitable for various social media platforms. Each template is provided in multiple aspect ratios to ensure optimal display across different devices.
2. How long does a typical project take to complete?
The completion time can vary depending on the project scope and your responsiveness to feedback. Generally, projects are completed within the agreed timeline stated in our terms and conditions.
3. What if I need more revisions than the included amount?
Additional revisions can be purchased for £20 each. Alternatively, you can opt for unlimited revisions at a flat rate of £100 per project, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
4. Can I see a preview of the design before finalising?
Yes, mockups are provided as part of the design process to give you a preview of the final product.
Depending on the package, you can receive basic watermarked mockups.
5. What is your refund policy if I am not satisfied with the final product?
As per our terms and conditions, all payments made are non-refundable. We ensure client satisfaction through revisions and by closely aligning the design with your specifications from the outset.
6. What if I need a custom project that isn't listed in the Design list?
